Facilities Coordinator (School)
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
Location: Bukit Batok
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various school events such as assemblies, concerts, exhibitions, and sports events.
- Liaise with event stakeholders including staff, students, parents, and external vendors to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment arrangement, and catering services.
- Coordinate with teachers and students to organize performances, presentations, and displays during events.
2. Traffic Management:
- Implement and enforce traffic management protocols to ensure safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians during school assembly and dismissal times.
- Direct traffic flow and assist students and parents in safely entering and exiting the school premises.
- Collaborate with school administration and security personnel to address any traffic-related issues or concerns.
3. Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities, including classrooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, and outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers to address facility maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including school staff, students, parents, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding of event and traffic management procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments such as administration, security, and transportation to streamline operations and address cross-functional needs.
