SITA Coaching Tennis Academy is looking for highly motivated and experienced Head Tennis Professional who wants to be part of our SITA PRO Coaching Team.
Requirements:
1. Assisting in developing tennis programs for the Academy, and also managing the coaching team schedule on daily basis.
2. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
3. Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
4. Aptitude in problem-solving
5. Professional certification in tennis coaching e.g. minimum ‘Advanced/Level 2’ TCA / LTA or professional category USPTR.
6. With a minimum of 5 years tennis coaching experience.
7. Able to teach all levels – from Mini-Tennis level to Adult level
8. Command of spoken and written English.
9. Excellent human relationship skills and professionalism.
10. Physically fit.
11. Some past competitive playing experience is favourable.
12. Preferably candidate between age of 25- 40 yrs.
