Job Responsibilities
- Oversees the development and implementation of current and new Home & Community programmes and services
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline patient flow and minimise wait times
- Coordinating scheduling of appointments, treatments and procedures to maximise efficiencys
- Be able to identify areas in the West to create new partnership and expand the hospital services in the community
- Analysing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
- Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and outcomes
- Providing training and professional development opportunities to ensure staff competence and compliance with best practices
- Monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial visibility and sustainability of operations
- Able to project financial expenses and budget based on trend
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between clinical departments, administrative staff and operational issues
- Work with the polyclinics to ensure the contracts are renewed
- Ensure timely billing and payment to polyclinics for the services tendered
- Oversee the Homecare services
Key Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Healthcare or a related field is an advantage. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related healthcare field with at least 1 to 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
