Multimedia Graphic Designer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media
You will create visually-stunning work for the social-media platforms of our brands, which focus on health, beauty and wellness. This will include design, graphic, layout, illustration and typography work, which must be aligned with each brand’s visual identity and brand aesthetic.
Digital Media
You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for our digital-media campaigns and work. These assets will include EDMs, web banners and web pages, so UI and UX experience will be advantageous.
Print and Marketing Media
You will conceptualise and create a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and promotional items. Your designs will need to engage the target audience, drive brand recognition and align with each brand’s visual identity.
Packaging
You will conceptualise and create eye-catching packaging designs that not only reflect the brand’s identity but also enhance the customer’s unboxing experience. You will be responsible for designing elements ranging from product boxes to labels, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted and visually appealing.
Event and Outdoor Media
You will develop a range of resources for events and roadshows, including banners, spider backdrops and various large-format signage. Your designs will help set the tone and create a memorable atmosphere for every event, from smaller roadshow booths to larger-scale exhibitions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
A solid background in graphic design with a focus on both online and offline media, backed by a portfolio that showcases your expertise in packaging, event collateral, outdoor media, print marketing materials and social and digital media.
Technical Skills
Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is crucial. Knowledge in the areas of UX and UI, as well as Figma as a platform, is important. Experience with 3D design software for creating mock-ups will be advantageous.
Printing Knowledge
A good understanding of offset and large-format printing processes, ensuring your designs are both beautiful and functional in their final production process.
Personal Skills
A keen ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional and diverse teams, as well as the ability to be meticulous, organised and team-focused.
