Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services to our client's sites, managing camps that focus on Outdoor Adventures Activities. You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the sites and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level. You will supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the sites.
Requirements:
- You shall possess NITEC certification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess good hands-on knowledge on maintenance works
- Having a Class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage
- Willing to work offshore, embarking from Punggol Point Jetty and approximately 7 minutes ferry to the premises
- Working hours : Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alt Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Comfortable to work night shift (6pm to 6am) and morning shift (7am to 4pm) when required
