Responsibilities
- Daily planning of company launch boat schedule
- Coordinate logistics of the launch arrangements for all internal staffs, including making launch arrangements from external vendors
- Maintain records of launch movements for verification of payments etc
- Support purchasing department in logistics arrangements of supplies of provisions/spare parts/stores via both land and sea routes
- Verification of relevant invoices
- Support the purchasing department in any jobs as assigned
- Attend to projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in maritime/logistics/supply chain or equivalent
- Min 1 year of experience in logistics/coordination in sales/purchasing\
- Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with various stakeholders and meticulous in following through
