Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the entire production process
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external use
• Managing production staff that includes hiring, training and scheduling
• Monitoring production output to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards
• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
• To identify any issues or inefficiencies in the production process and take necessary corrective actions
• Managing inventory
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the production processes are integrated and efficient
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Able to work night shift
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in management level
• Proficient in speaking and writing multi languages
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Candidates with experience in computer software systems will be at an advantage
