- Verify building defects and to co-oordinate with the contractors to access rooms to carry out work.
- Attend and verify all enquiries/feedback of building defects pertaining to maintenance, landscape, cleaning and pest control in the premises are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
- Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises, AV and logistics set up for conference events/facilities bookings.
- To follow-up for contractors' quotations.
- Inspection of female dormitory
- Any other duties may also be reviewed to ensure the estate is well managed.
Job Requirement
- At least Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management/Building & Construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing buildings especially in all building related matters and M&E services.
