Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree In Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Min 6 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure maintenance of network hand-on maintain and troubleshooting of data network (LAN/WAN) and or large enterprise network, including due diligence to ensure security and resiliency of the network platform
- Good communication, project management, strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in one of the following: Checkpoint Firewall, CISCO Networks, Palo Alto Networks Firewall, Firewalls, Network routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies, or Web and Portal
- Have working experience in implementation, troubleshooting and analytical knowledge of:
- Next-Gen and application aware firewalls
- Network Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Switching Technologies
- Good understanding of Telecommunications Infrastructures and equipment
- Load Balancer
- DNS and Proxy
- Certifications in CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
