E-commerce operations specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:Ensure the e-commerce platform is functioning smoothly.
    Update product listings, descriptions, and prices.
    Manage website content and banners.
  2. Order Fulfillment:Oversee the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
    Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely delivery.
    Handle returns and exchanges.
  3. Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
    Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  4. Customer Service:Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
    Implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
  5. Marketing and Promotions:Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
    Manage promotional activities and discounts.
    Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs).
    Generate reports on sales, customer behavior, and website performance.
    Use data insights to make informed business decisions.
  7. SEO and SEM:Optimize the website for search engines (SEO).
    Manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
  8. Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
    Implement security measures to protect customer data.

Required Skills:

  1. Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Qoo10, Amazon, Lazada, Facebook,Tiktok)
    Understanding of web development and design principles.
  2. Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
    Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  3. Marketing Knowledge:Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
    Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  4. Organizational Skills:Strong project management abilities.
    Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Customer Service Orientation:Excellent communication skills.
    Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Problem-Solving Abilities:Capability to identify and address operational issues.
    Creative thinking to improve processes and strategies.
  7. Financial Acumen:Basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
