ERP Project Analyst

· Support and handle the full tender process administration for ERP Projects by liaising with all involved stakeholders and preparing the approval papers, functional requirements specs, tender specs and evaluation matrix under the guidance of the project team.

· Follow the agreed timeline set by the team leader and ensure no delay of assignment.

· Involve in Project implementation. In addition, you will be required to follow the SDLC documentation policy and will be involved and responsible for all types of system documentation.

· To orchestrate the projects / CRs deployment by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and reporting using visualization tools like PowerBI

· Work closely with vendors and other team members to troubleshoot complex/interface issues and document solutions.

· Work with the ERP Core team to support the execution of business processes

· Carry out root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology

· Write clear and concise technical documentation for User Guides, Online Help, Quick Start guide or troubleshooting guides in a timely fashion

· Continuously assist to enhance existing technical documentation and training materials

· To monitor and update project plans, issues, progress, requirement changes

· To assist in reviewing standard agreements such as Non-Disclosure and License Agreements


Requirements

  • You should possess a Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology and or Information Technology in Business with at least 2 years of work experience in administrative support for efficient logistics tracking and project management
  • Needs to be comfortable with documentation and technical writings
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams
  • A can-do mind set
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, Teams, PowerBI
  • Familiarity with financial and IT terminology is preferred.
  • Logical & analytical skills with ability to work independently.
  • Experience in preparation of Functional Specs, Design Specs, Technical Specs, UAT test cases, cutover activities related to projects
  • Desirable to have knowledge of SAP platforms
