Job Responsibility
- Responsible for resource handling to achieve production targets and process improvement
- Drive employee engagement to maximize employee retention and support management KPI achievement
- Provide engineering support to all activities in product development and process improvement
- Lead and drive productivity and environmental improvement projects
- Handling of PFMEA and Process Control Plan in the shopfloor
- Familiar with electro-mechanical assembly in a fast space manufacturing environment
- Ensure Compliance to all Eco Procedures and Work Instructions
- Handle customer's claims/ audits or certification bodies
- Experience in set-up new process production and machinery from conceptual/ prototype till mass production run
- Conservant with IATF, ISO , UN requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Production Assembly Work and Operations etc.
- Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000, and IATF are added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing/supervising manpower.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with tight deadlines.
