Junior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth & Institutional Business

Responsibilities

  • As a member of trading and investment advisory function for Private Wealth & Institutional Business, contribute to the region’s growth strategy by actively servicing the emerging tier of HNW and institutional clients and growing the AUM.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for investment related services on demand.
  • Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to clients’ trading and investment needs.
  • Conduct initiatives systematically for client upgrade, cross sell, referral and reactivations. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide clients systematically with regular market insights, product updates, portfolio and investment advisories, and help them make informed decisions, delivering the best investment experiences for the clients.
  • Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, banking or economics, CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within capital markets or private banking, with proven experience in managing client relationships, sales trading or investment advisories.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, multi-assets trading and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage the audience both 1 on 1 and in front of a group.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Good command of Mandarin is a huge plus.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player. 
  • Having passed CMFAS 1A, 6A and 6, or being exempted is preferred.
