Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure deployment, support and being accountable for the following areas:
o Databases daily, weekly update and refresh
o Oracle middleware products
o CTRM and Analytics applications: installation, critical business process monitoring and business & developer support
- Support and interact in a worldwide context with infrastructure, security, network and applications Teams
- Resolve any request from users in the areas described above
- Document standards and follow procedures
- Monitoring and managing databases and Unix equipment WW
with the following technical domains:
- Databases: Oracle 18c / 19c / 23ai included knowledge in DataGuard, Pdb-Cdb, RMAN and performances tools
- Oracle products :
- Oracle Forms & Reports Application servers
- OGG: Oracle Golden Gate ( data replication, Zero Downtime maintenances)
- OUD: Oracle Unified Directory
- OEM: Oracle Enterprise Management
