Job Description:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social medical, email marketing an Google Ads.
- Oversee the creation on content for digital platforms such as websites, social media, brochures and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
- Assist in developing marketing materials to support promotions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptualisation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and experience in managing stakeholder.
