Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing function
- Prepare and issue POs to suppliers on a timely basis
- Ensure that goods and services performed and delivered are in accordance with the issued POs
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors on order requirements and delivery schedules
- Work as a team with other departments to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Source for alternative suppliers / vendors / subcontractors
- Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the best costs effectiveness
- Perform general administrative and data entry duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a sense of priority, organized and meticulous
- Positive attitude, self-driven, proactive, able to work independently, and hardworking
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
