Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office, including handling communications, maintaining office supplies, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and providing general support to the team. The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that office procedures run efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage the office calendar.
  • Assist in maintaining office records and filing systems.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and services.
  • Support HR functions, such as scheduling interviews or maintaining personnel records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Applicants must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents (PR).
