- Support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance evaluations, training, legal compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee overall HR strategies and assist in human capital development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least a Diploma qualification.
- Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills.
