We are looking for a junior baker (no experijce required) that can quickly join our team in the daily production, planning, and execution.
Job Description:
• Take charge of daily preparation and production of Pizza, Focaccia, Bread, etc by following standards SOPs.
• Packing and stock’s management of final products.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
Qualifications:
· No previous bakery experience required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
· Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
· Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
· Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
· Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Work Arrangement:
· Working hours: 8am - 4pm, with 1 hour break.
· Working days: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri).
· Not required to work on Public holidays.
