- Develop and manage product strategies for ABL and Leasing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead efforts to digitize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create marketing materials and engage with partners to drive business acquisition.
- Provide training for internal teams and external partners on product knowledge and strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience in Business Lending.
- Proficient in Salesforce/Business intelligence (BI) tools/analytical software.
- Knowledge of risk management in business lending products.
