- Preparation of freight documents, customs declarations, and compliance with terminal/airline requirements.
- Manage import shipments, GST payments, export permits, and certificates of origin.
- Provide shipment status updates to customers and address inquiries or issues involving customers, customs, and agents.

Requirements:
- GCE N Level and above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
