• In-charge of all port and immigration formalities on clearance of appointment vessel entering and leaving. Ensure timely and full compliance of all statutory formalities and mandatory declarations as required by the various authorities and government agencies.
• Knowing crew changes formalities and procedure
• Port call planning and execution in the best interest of Principals / Ship Master
• Proactive in monitoring port call progress, timely updating and communication with all stakeholders.
• Willing to work irregular hours to cater to the different ship arrival time. Remains calm and copes with any emergency events and tight work deadlines
• Submit timely line up report and final report to Principals / Ship Master
- Prepare quotations and distributes disbursements for ship owners.
• Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- 'N' Levels and above
- At least 1 year related working experience in the marine industry
- Conversant with port, terminal and statutory regulations and requirements
- Knowledge in ICA crew system, Portnet system and Digital Port system
- Takes initiative and responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Board vessels at the anchorage when required.
- Holding a driver's license is preferred and basic MS office skills.
