Mon to fri office hour.
Job Description
- Generate quotations and followed up with clients closely and promptly
- Maintain and update order received list and monthly sales list.
- Process and issue tax invoice, credit note and debit note.
- Coordinate with operations for manpower planning.
- Assist in procedurement when necessary
- Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
- Responsible, pro-active, meticulous & committed team player.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Salary will be commensurate based on experience
