Position: Gymnastics Coach
Location: MOE Schools
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and energetic Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and engaging children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate gymnastics activities. Full training will be provided, but a sports background and experience working with children are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct gymnastics classes designed for young children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment to encourage children’s development and confidence.
- Provide individual attention to participants to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun and engaging class structure.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children (e.g., teaching, coaching, or caregiving).
- A background in sports, fitness, or gymnastics is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to manage a group of young children effectively.
