Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
1. Manage physical goods receiving, unpacking, checking and binning of incoming
shipments of parts.
2. Manage price quotations, parts order & requisition from service dept, body shop,
independent workshops (4 th level sales), stockists, counter sales and overseas enquiries.
3. Ensure correct parts picking and issuance to internal and external customers.
4. Assist to carry out periodic and annual stock check & communication with Supervisor.
5. To maintain 99% stock accuracy.
Parts System Administration
1. Assist to manage data entry of parts information into computer system from shipment
received from PDC if needed.
2. Serve and perform sales transaction to customers’ in a professional manner and follow-
up on back orders placed by customers.
3. Assist in parts counter sales of parts, accessories & lifestyle items.
4. Assist to maintain and update parts location as needed.
