Key Technical Requirements:
Role: AS400, COBOL Application Development Manager
- Must : Experience in delivery of Custody solutions with hands-on experience on Cobol, AS400 development for at least 10+ years.
- Must have working experience in leading a team of 8-10 developers.
- 05+ years overall design and development experience in Cobol, AS400, RPG is a must.
- 04+ years total working experience in Banking Industry is a must.
- Working experience in Cobol, AS400, RPG design and development withing banking domain is mandatory.
- Highly preferred : Current working experience in Cobol development using TAMIC tool.
- Highly preferred : Working experience in FITAS and TAMIC tool
- Experience in application solutioning as well as code review.
- Experience in end-to-end application delivery management in ensuring quality delivery.
- Experience in application delivery in ensuring full compliance of Bank’s policy and standard.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Ability to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery.

Key Job Duties:
- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in Trade Finance organisational units.
- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
