We are seeking an experienced People Technology Manager to lead the management and implementation People technology solutions across the Group. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of major HRIS applications, and experience with system integrations. A key aspect of this role will be leveraging Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint, to drive innovation and process improvements across our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance & Project Management
- Oversee the governance, implementation, integration, and maintenance of HRIS systems and related applications.
- Manage projects involving the design, deployment, and optimisation of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Coordinate project plans with internal IT teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
- Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems, performing regular audits and compliance checks.
- Stay current on trends in HR technology and recommend improvements or new tools to enhance HR operations.
- Harmonise and document business processes and oversee the deployment of tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
System Integration and Data Solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of system integrations and data flows between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
- Utilise MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint) to create custom solutions, automate processes, and generate data insights.
- Provide ongoing technical support, training, and documentation for end-users to maximise system efficiency.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems and processes, including communication strategies, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and agile project execution.
- Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technology-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, etc.), ensuring alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
- Partner closely with the centralised RPA team to implement changes and align automation strategies with overall business goals.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology roles, with a focus on HRIS systems and integration methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex technology projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) related to HR data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with system integration tools and techniques (APIs, middleware).
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or other programming languages.
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- IHRP certification.
