Customer IT Product Training Administrator (6-month Contract / Renewable)


Overview:

Our Client would like to invite suitably experienced individual to join their team in the Customer Services department of Digital Industries. The ideal candidate will have an IT background and experience in project coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Drive the coordination of product trainings:

  • Work closely with customers to schedule and enroll trainings
  • Work closely with trainers to schedule and execute trainings
  • Work with resources team to enable equipment and resources (meeting places, labs etc) for training
  • Ensure compliance with established processes on data handling and processing
  • Ensure flawless execution of training processes such as checks for subsidies, certificates of completion, attendance, testing, validation and reporting
  • Enable timely escalation of issues and diligent management reporting of KPIs
  • Work with government agencies to provide required reporting of training KPIs and status updates
  • Coordinate the requirements of onboarding new/updated trainings with the respective stakeholders – both internal and external.

Job Requirements :

  • Good grasp of IT business processes and best practices.
  • SAP/ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems (optional)
  • Project Management: Proven experience in coordinating IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (English and local language)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.

Working Location : Near Potong Pasir MRT

Working Hours : 5 Day Week / 9 am – 6 pm (Hybrid)

MRT Potong Pasir / SBS Bus : 8, 61, 64, 65, 90, 125, 151, 154
