Jobs Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
- Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
- Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in data optimization and new HR system roll out projects is a plus
- Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is a plus
