- Manage and oversee transportation projects from start to finish.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operation.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and performance against established goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all parties are aligned.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to upper management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
