Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met
2. Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
3. Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
4. Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers
5. Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations
6. Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
7. Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
8. Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
9. Provide high quality customer service
10. Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
11. Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
12. Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
