Admin and Operations Assistant

The Nuggets Academy Pte. Ltd.

Location: Hougang Ave 8, Singapore
Working Hours: 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
Weekdays: 10am - 7pm or 12pm - 9pm
Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm


Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin and Operations Assistant to join our team at The Nuggets Academy. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Founder/Director and Centre Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing duties for the centre
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the centre
  • Managing administrative tasks, including handling customer inquiries and paperwork
  • Designing and editing worksheets, marketing materials, and collaterals
  • Assisting in marketing efforts, including social media postings and content creation
  • Supporting with any other relevant duties as assigned by the Centre Manager

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Bonus Skills (Optional but a Plus):

  • Experience in design, video editing, and filming
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
  • HR and finance administrative support
