Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Operations Executive to promote our Smart Clinic Management System. For more information about us, please visit https://manadr.com/.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Client Acquisition: Drive sales initiatives by onboarding new clinics and healthcare providers to the Smart Clinic Management System (SmartCMS). Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to optimize market penetration and maximize revenue growth.
  • Product Demonstration & Proposals: Conduct in-person visits to clinics to present the SmartCMS, evaluate their current clinic management systems, and position our solution as the preferred option. Customize proposals and
    quotations to meet the specific needs of each client, emphasizing the unique value of our offering.
  • Market Strategy Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure cohesive integration of sales initiatives and marketing activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for clinics throughout the engagement process, from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing support. Deliver an exceptional client experience through timely
    follow-up, after-sales assistance, and proactive account management.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends and competitive activities to identify differentiation opportunities. Provide regular reports to management that include actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and product advancements to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and drive continuous innovation within our SmartCMS offerings.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with clinic management processes and software solutions is an advantage.
