Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive new business opportunities. You will focus on lead generation, cold outreach, and managing the early stages of the sales pipeline. Through a 12-week training program, you will master CRM tools, learn to qualify leads, and help identify our ideal customer profile (ICP). You’ll collaborate with sales leaders and gradually take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to setting appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using platforms like LinkedIn and industry databases.
- Craft and execute cold outreach strategies through email, calls, and social selling.
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT/MEDDIC and pass them to account executives.
- Manage CRM records, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of sales activities.
- Assist in maintaining the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress through stages efficiently.
- Support account executives in preparing sales demos and presentations.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to research, qualify, and manage leads effectively.
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
