Your role:
- Integrate and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and working with product vendor to develop & certify new features to automated testing and deployment
- Develops and directs software testing and validation procedures to cover all aspects of the enhanced software capabilities
- Work with application and infrastructure engineering teams to integrate the upstream and downstream systems and develop specifications and performance requirements
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Client Document & Records Management Stream in one of our focused on a product pod in Singapore aligned to eCOMMS & Transaction Archiving & Records Migration Crew, part of the Client Documents & Records Management Stream.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering
- Ideally 5-10 years of experience in a similar position focused on e-Communications Archiving within the banking and financial sector
- Proven working experience in software test management focused on the enterprise e-comms archiving, compliance, and e-discovery applications
- Working experience on one of the enterprise e-comms archiving applications such as ZLTech, Shield, Digital Reasoning is recommended
- Proven delivery of performing functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility; and non-functional testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and portability
- Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
- Able to perform regression testing for project, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification)
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
