Job Description:
- Manage the company’s network, systems, firewall, and storage, addressing any technical issues.
- Provide end-user support and training for both hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, network printers, scanners, biometric systems, CCTV, and other communication devices.
- Offer troubleshooting services and IT support for system-related problems.
- Handle system administration tasks, including data protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Set up, manage, and resolve issues with workstations and computer equipment.
- Monitor antivirus systems, ensuring updates and reporting.
- Create user manuals, maintain IT records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee inventory management of all hardware and software.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows systems.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, SharePoint, and Autodesk tools
