In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage the stores island-wide and drive the commercial strategies to support the company's growth.
Job Description
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Develop, plan and drive strategies that align with business goals to promote growth
- Manage a team to ensure the implementation of the commercial strategies/campaigns/incentives are successfully rolled out across the retail stores
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as track competitor activity to develop effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate closely with other departments and leaders to understand the market and develop effective business development strategies.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in apparel/fashion, with a track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of retail operations in Singapore is a must for this role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate teams
