novita is looking for a sincere, motivated, self-driven and meticulous individual to join us as an Inventory Admin Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate daily, weekly & monthly inventory movement records and reporting.
  • Update the inventory and spare parts database and inform relevant department on stock status whenever required.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of any stock discrepancies and rectify the discrepancies.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly stock takes to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse.
  • Assist to identify and resolve any issues within the inventory management and processes.
  • Ensure company’s inventory documentation (stock out or stock return) are well in place/ follow up on any missing documentation.
  • Update and maintain list of product item codes in company’s order system.
  • Scheduling deliveries or pick up of goods and coordinating the use of third-party delivery services for overseas orders or delivery requirement.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or assignment when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Inventory Management / Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Resourceful, well-organised, problem solver, and meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision
  • Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment


Working Location - North

Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.45am to 1.00pm (first sat of the month)
