Experience Required: 5+ years in IT Project Management, with strong expertise in Banking sector projects. Knowledge or experience with Financial Markets and Trading applications is a must.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled PMO Analyst with over 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project implementation, budgeting, resource planning, conflict resolution, and process improvement. You will support project managers, track progress, manage stakeholders, and maintain project tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Experience in banking projects is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management Support: Assist project managers with project delivery while providing insights for data-driven decisions.
- Project Planning: Design and track project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Testing Phase Monitoring: Monitor and track the project testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and ORT, using JIRA and Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate sessions and meetings with stakeholders, preparing sign-off sheets and tracking key milestones.
- Project Documentation: Capture minutes during project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Project Financials: Manage project financial health, including payroll, budgeting, cost analysis, and man-day allocations.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with vendors to ensure seamless delivery, and sync them with clients for PMO tool development and project needs.
- PMO Dashboarding Tools: Conduct R&D on PMO dashboarding tools like Qliksense and Power BI to generate automatic daily status reports.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings for project teams and vendors, and manage onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
- Invoicing and Billing: Support the sales team by managing invoicing, billing, and payment processes, ensuring smooth clearance.
Core Competencies:
- Banking Experience: Mandatory experience working on projects in the banking sector.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing infrastructure & Application projects ( Financial Markets and Trading applications ) , and ensuring on-time delivery by working with vendors.
- Tools & Technologies: Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, SAP - FSCM, Qliksense, Power BI, and SDLC.
- Process Improvement: Strong track record of improving project processes, driving efficiencies, and resolving conflicts.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
