Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract):
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team in daily tasks.
- Update and maintain records for ocean schedule changes and bookings.
- Assist in verifying shipping documentation, including bills of lading, permits, and customs documents.
- Create shipping documentation in the internal system.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Some experience in administrative roles, preferably within logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,500
- Working Location: East
