Job Description
- assist in daily food preparation for OEM production.
- wash and cut raw materials like poultry & vegetables to desired specifications
- assist in packing and sealing of end product in assigned specifications
- prepare sauces and assist production chef in cooking and mis en place
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work space
- maintain all equipment and hardware used
- assist production chef in any required ad hoc duties
