Job Description and Qualification:
This is a full time role for a Senior Human Resource Executive located in Henderson Crescent. Our client operates more than 30 TCM clinics, Tuina centres, wellness centres, Women's & Children's clinics and medical retail outlets across Singapore. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand recruitment needs, proactively sourcing talent, screening candidates, and working with marketing on recruitment materials. It includes managing recruitment platforms, attending career fairs, and updating recruitment reports. Additionally, the person is responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date, and handling payroll processing, including CPF contributions and tax filings. The role also supports various HR functions like compensation, performance management, and staff engagement, while assisting in HR process improvements and training junior staff. Other duties may include participation in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience as a Senior Executive would be a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)
- Meticulous, organized and attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially Excel, well verse in VLOOKUP, if & sumif functions, pivot tables & charts.
