We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment for our customers across the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a passion for customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer needs and feedback.
- Conduct site visits and regional travel as required to support customers.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to installations and service activities.
- Assist in the development of customer-specific solutions and applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel on short notice within Southeast Asia.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and practices is a plus.
