We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team, specializing in commercial renovation projects. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing project execution, ensuring that renovations are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the renovation or construction fields and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial renovation projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
- Contribute to the creation and modification of project drawings using Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to facilitate project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
