Job Description
- Overview and supervise all landscaping works within the sites tasked
- Work closely with the operations manager in the planning of resources (workers / equipment etc.)
- Liaise with officers / management agents with regards to work arrangement, site meetings, feedbacks and other matters
- Generate innovative landscape solutions to improve the overall outcome of the work site
- Advise clients on horticultural matters as well as mitigation measures
- Facilitate in the onboarding of new gardeners at the work site
- Provide directions / guidance to gardeners on performance expectations and manage landscape challenges
- Prepare schedules and regular site reports on the sites that are tasked
- Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site
- Assist ad-hoc sales support
- Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
- Manage work-pass and or related matters i.e application, renewal, cancellation etc.
- Coordinate and place orders for materials and supplies as per project or operational requirements.
- Data entry, sorting and filing of documents
- Welfare and issues of foreign workers
- Able to work on alternate sundays if needed
Job Requirements
- Bacheor degree in Agriculture, Landscape Design or Horticulture
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape maintenance
- Able to work in diverse working environments
- Comfortable with handle ad-hoc matters beyond working hours
- Proficient written and communication skills
- Excellent team player, proactive and can work independently
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
