We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator specializing in commercial renovation projects to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing project execution, ensuring that renovations are completed efficiently while minimizing disruptions to operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the renovation or construction fields and be proficient in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial renovation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Utilize Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD to create and modify drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Provide M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Monitor project production sequences, managing workflow to minimize disruptions and prevent monetary loss.
- Ensure compliance with company’s assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Document project progress and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Proficient in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
