Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Warehouse Assistant (Spare Parts):
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue parts and provide support to the service workshop.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, binning, picking, and packing of items.
- Conduct stocktaking, check parts backorders, and handle related administrative tasks.
- Pick items accurately for issuing, delivery, and packing.
- Receive incoming shipments and local deliveries.
- Perform daily picking/issuing for Material Requests (MR) and stock transfers.
- Sort parts accurately from shipments.
- Pack goods for export as needed.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety through regular housekeeping activities.
- Perform stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with spare parts and understanding of parts catalogues is an advantage.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment is advantageous.
- Able to handle heavy items (10kg or more)
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Tuas (Company Pick-Up Provided) / Benoi
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days ,Mon to Fri- 8:30AM - 05:30PM/ Sat - 8:30AM - 12:30PM
- Salary: Basic Up to $2,400 + AWS + Variable Bonus
