We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage M&E projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring effective project control.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess project status and ensure quality standards are met.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to team members.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and final deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry, with a focus on M&E projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent project control and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
