JOB SCOPE:
· To form part of a team dedicated to desk top claims handling for insurers and self-insureds
· To manage from first notification of loss to settlement of Accident & Health, Property & Casualty claims
· To assess policy liability and determine quantum
· To adhere to strict Service Level Standards
· To Liaise with Brokers and Policyholders
· To keep records of accurate and up to date data
· Provide a high level of customer service
· Request financial payments externally
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Degree/Diploma level education
· Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accident & Health claims
· Candidates without working experience in Accident & Health claims but experience of medical claims may also apply
· Candidates with medical knowledge will have an advantage.
