What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure high-quality software builds.
- Review and improve development processes through testing and analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Establish and manage automated testing frameworks.
- Conduct various types of testing (integration, functional, performance, security).
- Validate completed stories against acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate tested features and prepare for production releases.
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Technical Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Tester.
- Strong experience in automated testing methodologies (unit, integration, TDD).
- Proven track record as a QA Tester.
- Excellent test plan and case writing skills.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with performance or security testing (preferred).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSTE, CSQA) are a plus.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and analysis skills.
